I stick pretty much to old school metal when I train.
Metallica...And Justice for All, Master of Puppets Testament...Legacy Stormtroopers of Death Slayer...Reign in Blood Anthrax I do throw in some old school post-punk, pre-grunge madness as well... Descendents Minutemen I also throw in some System of a Down. I have to listen to New Rock for 8 hours a day at work, so by the time I get home I need a change. How about you bwys61? On Sundays, if my wife works out with me, I let her listen to 70's music. I can't stand it, but I can't force her to workout to my stuff every day.

Metallica is a must. Rise Against and Avenged Sevenfold are pretty consistent also. I like a little Breaking Benjamin as well.

Speaking of Metallica, I purchased their double CD set this week...Garage, Inc. It has b-sides, and stuff from their mini-EPs.
