You definately need to change it up. I tried reading but it's just seems like a big wall of boring text to me. Add pictures and make the format easier to read so it's not just in a line straight down.

Id go through and clean shop personally, kill all the bro science and put in science backed principals, like instead of circuit training, talk about the benefits of lifting heavy during a weight loss cycle. If you need any help give me a shout
