This workout seems different to me than the blog he posted about the basics, not sure if I read something wrong in the basics but that seemed to include a squat, push, and pull, and the blocks of this template only include 2 exercises.

Damn, now I am not sure how I should do this workout
I think I will stick with the basics post where I will choose a squat, push, and pull 3 times a week and do other things like arms, or the bear on the off days and see how this works.

There's no set workout, haha. That's the whole point. I had a couple of guys nagging the shit out of me to post a full workout, so I threw up that template. I vacillate between the push/pull/squat and something more like the template.
