Looks good j, my only problem was that you didn't actually show the program, granted its easy to find a few versions on google, but i like it when the writer actually shows the program. looking forward to more.

I wanted to show the routine itself but it is just really long and involved since each workout is different and there are 4 workouts a week, I thought listing 16 different days of workouts would be a lot. And this will just spark the interest of anyone who wants to try sheiko

My friend, who was a competitive powerlifter, tried the sheiko program. It wore him down but he said he had a good time doing it...

It is fun for a few weeks and then you will get tired of the big 3 and your body will just hurt all over. I still really enjoyed it and I will be doing more of it in the future.
