Well here's a stupid one for ya. My gym is kinda weird. All the equipment is new (not better) and they kind of want to cater to the middle aged exercise type. Not the muscle head like myself. Anyway I get more and more people asking me questions. how do I get this part to grow or what are you taking that kind of thing. I always tell them "I am not a trainer but this is what works for me. I learned this the hard way from trial and error not in the pages of a book." So all the gym employees wear black t-shirts. after a couple of weeks of me getting asked questions I noticed on the back of all the employees t-shirts it now says trainer in big white letters. Funny thing is most of the trainers have no gym etiquette and are way out of shape.

I have a story that will either make you sick or horny. At my gym there is a row of Stairmasters between the squat rack and a couple of bench press units. They made room for extra cardio machines because the women were always fighting over them.
Anyway, there's this one woman in her mid-40's who wears the same thin tight yellow t-shirt every day. She doesn't have a great body but she has huge saggy boobs. She's on the Stairmaster 24/7 I swear to god. And with all the mirrors you're constantly staring at her sweaty old tits sticking to her t-shirt. Her nipples are always sticking out and they look like thumbs. I don't know if she's slow or what, but for all the cardio she does you figure she might be thin by now.

the following was posted on my log today. sorry its so long:
FUNIEST SHIT EVER I'VE EVER SEEN AT THE GYM Right after dmaipa posted his story i hit the gym and saw something great! this is it: There was a guy looking for a squat rack. As soon as i saw he had some erganomic (sp) light blue pad for the bar i knew shit was about to get funny. Me and my cousin were using a squat rack to load the bar up for deadlifts and other shit and i still had front squats to do. Since at the time we were doing rows, i offered for him to grab another bar and use the rack. he mumbled some shit and then put his stuff down and got a bar. I continued my rows. He then puts his weird as blue thing on the bar and proceded to back squat 135 for a few reps (this was after lighter warm up sets). I just minded my business and started working on sumo pulls. He asked me if my cousin and i play sports. I told him my cousin plays college football and that i just like lifting heavy as shit(i left out the heavy as shit part). He asked what school we went to and i told him what high school i went to. then he asked if i was a senior or junior. I dont look any older than a sophmore, but i took this as a compliment. still this guy just seemed weird to me. After the power rack opened up he moved over there and thanked me for making room for him previously. I moved on to do front squats with the weight he had for back squats. He of course commented on this and jokingly said "im embarassed". when im getting ready to do my last set of front squats i see something in the mirror. This guy is wedging himself under the bar with the bar at pelvis level. He then puts a 4 inch-ish box under his back.... i look away towards my bar to get ready and then my cousin says "PORNSTAR". I have no clue what hes talking about, but i look around. The guy is doing "POWER HUMPS" with 155lbs. I just cracked up and this took my mind off the pain of the front squats. For the record this guy looked like the sterotypical porn guy (not old school "moustace" guy). this made my day! *****SORRY if this is a real exercise, but it just made me crack up******
