Thanks a lot guys.

-ok i realize since ill be dropping wieght down anyway for a while, i wont need speed work.

-grip is the week point in my deadlift by far. all my heavy work problems were because of grip.

-ill see how it goes for a at least 2 months and then make changes needed

-the strongman stuff is just something for me to do since im only lifting 3 days. i wont add it if it seems to much

-i know with that calculator its not the fastest way to progress, but i know where my numbers should be after that, and im fine with where that would be.

ill get a log going in a few minutes and start the workouts tonight.
