What are your goals for 2010? Do you have goals? Having long and short term goals helps us to focus. Generalized goals are hard visualize, and generally don't have the same motivational impact. If you say..."My goal for 2010 is to look good!" That can be hard to visualize. A better goal is to say..."A want a 15 inch ripped arms and a 6 pack." If you say..."I want to get strong." That can be hard to visualize. It's better to say..."I want to bench 250 and squat 300!" What are your goals for 2010? Time to start the wheels turning. If you waste time, you'll only regret it.

I want to get "ripped" by summer. I want to gain strength and do a powerlifting meet.
LIFTS Current Goal by end of feb. End of 2010 wieght-164 ? 170-175 Bf%- 15% idk if i cut starting now 10% ? Squat- 235x5x3 300x1 400x1 Bench- 165x5x3 210 275 Dead- 335x1 400 450 Total- 910 1125 Life goals -3.5 gpa for last two quarters -get a liscense and a car

My goals for 2010:
1) Get under 220 pounds. 2) Bench 450. 3) Squat 500. 4) Overhead Press 275 for reps.

Good thread BTB!
My goals for 2010, hmm let's see...... 1) Get my personal trainer cert. 2) Be cut and ready for my first show in May. 3) Be more involved in my childrens lives ( if that's possible) 4) Bench 280. 5) Shoulder press 150lbs. 6) Squat 300 ATG.

I think the goals should be reasonably difficult to achieve. Nothing like "lose 10 pounds." Something more: A) Life changing. B) Physique changing. C) Huge strength increase.

goals
1.total over 750ibs 2.bench atleast 250ibs 3. Dead and Squat 300ibs 4. get to 8-10%bf 5. take the act, and get accepted to a college 6. get my PT cert 7. get on a few more sites/ a magazine
