I always comment on blogs for one reason or another. Well I've created my own webmaster blog. Problem is I'm a little shy I guess. Never ran my own blog and not sure if there are some key pointers in running one and what not. Any advice would be greatly apreciated!

Where do I start...first, are you using Wordpress, or another platform?

And are you looking for it to be a source of income?

If so, post 1-2 times a day, with titles and text moderately saturated with the keywords you are trying to promote. Also, you might want to find a niche within that market.

Posts should be informative and not personal if you are looking for cash. Personal blogs die quick, painful deaths.

Then get ready for information overload...I will hit you with the landslide in the morning. If you need me to set up anything like plugins and backend stuff, i would be glad to do it for you. Sometimes it's easier if I just "do" to get you running as fast as possible as soon as possible.

Like MAB said, stear clear of the personal.

Many gist - taking away all the fancy taljk - is you will get out what you put in [mostly, luck matters to hehe]

Daily effort is required, good, original, informative posts. The one needs to promote it...really so many aspects. If you just buckle down and apply effort you will be fine.
