Back strength
1) Can you do this?
2) How long can you hold it? Legs straight, chest off floor, arms back, head faces down (don't strain the neck)...some people can't even manage to get both the legs and the upperbody off the floor simultaneously...if that happens to be the case, I'll give some tips later, should anybody want them. http://www.menshealth.com/mhlists/cm...rone-cobra.jpg |
Flat abs would definitely help. It would be like balancing on a Bosu ball for me :)

I can quite easily, but my hamstrings don't like it.

when i was training in kickboxing and other martial arts i used to do that exercise alot and other lower back exercises after alot of ab work, can i still do it yes, but i cant hold it for very long.
