Occasionally I annoy some of you by asking you to post something cool from your Facebook wall over here.

Why?

Many of you ask how you can help the site. Posting content here is a proactive way to help the site. Posts, responses, pics, post titles all help the site grow because Google likes the activity and sees the site as more valuable.

Thread titles are very important. A title with keywords related to anything lifting gives the site "search weight" for that keyword. So if "squats" or "muscle building" or "bacon" appears in thread titles frequently, that tells Google what we are about and helps us capture more search traffic.

The point in all this...the more you post and reply, the more it helps the site. So please consider sharing the cool things you find from Facebook here at MAB.

It REALLY does make a difference, and helps build our community by creating discussions.
