Thumbs up **week 11 alert**

Lost 28.4 lbs. and 8 inches on my waist in 11 weeks, during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years!!! Sunday starts my training for the APA Frisco Classic in Amory, MS April 13th!!!

Combination of high rep/volume body building style weight training, cardio 4 days a week for 45 min. (treadmill: 15 incline, 2.0-2.4 speed, 130 heart rate), and of course the most important thing...DIET!!! 11 weeks ago I was very unhappy with myself, so I contacted Dan Saxton and he has helped me all the way thru with diet and training. I haven't touched (bread, cookie, ice cream, cake, ect.) in this full 11 weeks!
