I tend to agree with you about give strength training advice, but I wouldn't list my total X when you don't have an official total. I personally think what he is doing is fine, and wish him the best. I just want him to be prepared for the backlash of some internet gurus lol.

Thanks everyone, I will try to be mindful when speaking about my 1 rep maxes in the future and make sure that they aren't confused for something done in a sanctioned competition.
If anyone has any ideas for a video topic, maybe a concept they don't completely understand, I am actively brainstorming good topics. I am a huge herd and I am in the process of reading Supertraining a 2nd time right now, in addition to Science and Practice a 4th time just to brush up. @J_Byrd : What did you think of my bench program?

I think it has a solid foundation. In the video part you mentioned the accessory lifts to go with it, I think you should add that to the print version. Maybe go into more detail about having them rotate them to focus not only the weak points but the whole movement. Like floor press one week, then close grip the next.
