Default Pop ups and ads
Why all the sudden is my computer loaded with pop ups and ads? It does not matter what site I am on. They are there no matter what and I have the pop up blocker on. What is the deal?

I get loads of them as well I try opting out, opting in, to preferences, try Chrome, it all makes no difference, so I just ignore them now; try and block them off and they still pop up, pointless.

I hate pop ups. They just make me mad. If I want to see them, I will look for them, lol. I agree with BTB try that and see if it helps you out any.

I run a pop up blocker and a anti tracking protection program.
Kills a lot of crap from building up on my computer.

Yes I get warnings and stuff but its a lot better than changing my settings and opening myself up.

If Avast can't clean it all out, use malware bytes to get the rest. We use it in our IT department.

Alternatively, switch to linux.
