Pop ups and ads
 

Why all the sudden is my computer loaded with pop ups and ads? It does not matter what site I am on. They are there no matter what and I have the pop up blocker on. What is the deal?

Skyware.

Get the free anti-virus Avast, update it and run it.

I get loads of them as well :( I try opting out, opting in, to preferences, try Chrome, it all makes no difference, so I just ignore them now; try and block them off and they still pop up, pointless.

I hate pop ups. They just make me mad. If I want to see them, I will look for them, lol. I agree with BTB try that and see if it helps you out any.

Stop downloading porn.

I run a pop up blocker and a anti tracking protection program.
Kills a lot of crap from building up on my computer.

Yes I get warnings and stuff but its a lot better than changing my settings and opening myself up.

:rockon: I agree. When you have a woman you love there isn't a need for it. ;)

If Avast can't clean it all out, use malware bytes to get the rest. We use it in our IT department.

Alternatively, switch to linux.
