Deadlift - 275kgs (raw 250)
Total -700kgs+

Squat is aggressive but I think it is achievable as I will be tightening my suit to get more out of it and will obviously be getting stronger

Bench is probably the most achievable of the three right now. A small mistake in setting the shirt cost me a 182.5kgs press last week. Not a huge leap from there.

Deadlift is massively aggressive but represents my acceptance that my deadlift is currently $hit and needs to be sorted out. This lift is becoming much more of a priority now.

If I achieve or get close to the above, I will qualify for Nationals in 2014.

I'd also like to do an under 90kgs strongman meet in the summer if I can find a local one. This ties in with my last goal of dropping my bodyweight down slightly further to around 92-93kgs.
Added raw lifts to the above because I want to be(at) Faz.

Get back to old PRs*, and then crush them. Stay uninjured all year. Lose 6" off waist. Improve Tough Mudder time by minimum 90 minutes, and complete all obstacles with minimum assistance. Complete a 5k and a 10k.

*old PRs
B - 275
D - 405
S - 315

Goals by end of 2013
B - 315
D - 505
S - 350

2013 is the year I hit some lifetime goals I thought were impossible a few years ago when I started.

Squat 405
Bench 335
Deadlift 505
Total 1200 in a meet, raw

Become better conditioned and compete in my first strongman competition.

Be a better person and pay it forward more.

All doable for sure if I stay focussed and smart and avoid injury.

Best gym lifts: Sq 375, Bench 275 (pause), DL 370 @205 or less
Goals: 3/4/5
Goals beyond my wildest dreams, 600 Kg raw total, 200/160/240

Hack away at anything which isn't essential. Do what you love, and do it often. Fazc.

the big goal is to get healthy!!!!

I would like to hit 800 squat raw (gym or meet)

1100 geared squat (meet)
Bench- no idea!
750 deadlift

I would also like to get in some what decent shape again. I had lost a good bit of fat before the injury. Need to get some of this fat off ASAP!

Magically have my chronic headache go away
Not sure if any of my goals are actually achievable since I'm still going to be cutting for awhile but...
Once cut is finished, slow bulk and add mass and strength with minimal fat gain
Deadlift current 405 strapped, to 500 strapped 450 raw
Squat current 315, to 405 raw(if knee wraps don't count against being raw)
Bench current 265, to 315 raw
Military current 175, to 200
