13.57-14.27 December 6th
My 1RM is 185kg so my weight was 130kg. Ended up doing 66 reps. Annoyed because I could actually have done more. Was pacing myself and have energy in the tank at the end. Very happy that my conditioning has improved so much though ![]() Started off with 1 x 4 then did 8x3 followed by 1x2 to make 30 and thus make it easier to count ![]() 5x3 followed then 1x5 for 50. 2x3 then 2x2 for 60, 1x4 and then 1x2 as the timer was at 10 seconds for 66 reps. I salute the lad who managed 88 reps, out of sight! ![]() ![]()
