December Deadlift Challenge
Training max 410lbs 70% = 287 rounded up to 290 5:25 - 5:55 290 x 3 x 25 one set per minute 290 x 3 x 3 one set a little over a minute 290 x 4 x 1 lol blasted out one last set under the wire Total = 88 reps I think it's a PBR at that weight haha. I did use my versa gripps for the challenge. |

Thanks SC! In hindsight not a good challenge for me, but I did what I could and I just hope my head is a little better by tomorrow. The last time I got my head in this much pain I was useless for three plus days. Hoping I get lucky
