Training max 410lbs

70% = 287 rounded up to 290

5:25 - 5:55

290 x 3 x 25 one set per minute

290 x 3 x 3 one set a little over a minute

290 x 4 x 1 lol blasted out one last set under the wire

Total = 88 reps
I think it's a PBR at that weight haha. I did use my versa gripps for the challenge.

Bam! Eat, rest for 2 weeks and your max is probably up 30 pounds!

I once did 50% for 100 reps in 30 minutes and I saw Jesus. I could never do that with 70%.

Thanks SC! In hindsight not a good challenge for me, but I did what I could and I just hope my head is a little better by tomorrow. The last time I got my head in this much pain I was useless for three plus days. Hoping I get lucky

Thanks Steve! Right now it's my abs that are feeling it most, other than the inside of my forearms from rubbing across my knees on the way down lol!
