I'm actually meant to do 15 reps in 10 minutes as part of my new program on Thursday. I was aiming for 130kg which is coincidentally 70% of my 1RM
Guess I can add another 20 minutes Obviously, I need to make sure I get 15 in 10 minutes first

]12-4-12 December Deadlift Challenge
Warm Up ...10:53 to 10:58 Challenge ...11:00 to 11:30 This was a STUPID idea!!! What made me think bending over a bunch of times and exerting a ton of force, with blood rushing to my head while I live with a chronic headache was a good idea is beyond me ![]() I'm very proud of myself, but I will NEVER do a deadlift challenge again! Military Press, Bench, Squat....fine. I will never do something like this to my head ever again! Everything was a PR! Honestly, I'm pretty sure my body will be fine. Right now I'm only concerned about my head. I can't think and I have to take care of my boy til my wife gets home. I feel like blood should be poring out of my ears...not good

Hope that dissipates for you pretty quickly; tried laying down and standing gradually?...just an idea, may not work of course but it may help ease it off a tad for a short time.
