So next Monday,I will be setting a timer for 30 minutes and doing as many reps with 285 as possible. Rounded up 70% /405lbs. Sweet!

I will try to hack deadlift 70% of my 1rep max in deadlifts just for fun =)
Don't know if I can because of big calves and flexibility issues but will try. |
