Current PR - 205kg / 450lbs 70% - 143.5kg / 315lbs so that means 145kgs /320lbs 145kg x 3 - 10sets =30 145kg x 2 - 23sets =46 Total = 76 Just belt and chalk... hands and back are in bits! Last edited by markievicz; 12-21-2012 at 09:03 AM. |

current 1RM = 137.5 KG = 302.5 lbs
70% = 96KG = 211 lbs min 1-5 = 29 reps min 6-10 = 14 reps min 11-15 = 12 reps min 16-20 = 11 reps min 21-25 = 13 reps min 26-30 = 17 reps Total = 96 reps That was a LOT harder than I imagined..I have never done more than 6 triples in a workout before. I had a minute by minute plan to reach 100, I started wearing myself out early, and fell behind. After about 15-18 minutes, I started taking more rest, and then near the end, I gave it everything I had to try to catch up and hit the 100....but 96 was all I had in me. After the timer went off, I just layed on a bench for about 20-25 minutes.... with warmups...10.9 tons lifted....
