Lately, I have been doing about 15 to 20 minutes on an elliptical machine to warm up... seems to work well, fo me. Gets the blood flowing and the heart rate up a little. I just plug in the tunes and get in the zone. Seems to help my lifting.

I have been lifting vey llight lately so I have not been doing any warm up sets - That will change soon, I hope.

I send an email to my CNS detailing when it needs to be ready.

Other than that, just a lot of warm-ups with the bar.

For me, the warm up is half the workout. I like to do mobility movements, band exercises, and foam rolling. After that, ramped warm up sets for the exercise. If I have to, I can usually minimize the warm up for the upper body. But, definitely not for squats and deads...I need all my joints lubed up.
