Default What a Difference A Year Makes

About 1 year ago, at 48 yrs old, I was 270 pounds, just had a mild stroke, and lost my business due to my health. After a lot of self reflection, and a plea from my kids, on Nov 1st, 2011, I decided enough was enough. In the next 7 months I lost over 100 lbs, and last April I started lifting. I cannot convey how much weight lifting and getting into shape has changed my life for the better.

Here are some before (notice the treadmill has become a Clothes Hanger)and a couple after pics.

Anyway, thanks for allowing me to pat myself on the back !!

Amazing Moe, really great work. This could be a good candidate for a BTB write up.

Simply amazing and inspiring.

How did you go about your eating? Did you start by just eating less?
