Most productive thing you did today
 

What was the most productive thing that you did today? For me it was spend an hour at the gym. Did not do much else except work all day long.

Traveled over two hundred miles produced a felon to the courts, kept the security of the said felon and ensured the safety of the public.

Replaced sump pump for customer, took earnings to costco and bought MEAT!

Edited an article on lean bulking.

I want to lean bulk.......

I ate ice cream.

We did. It took 20 years to gain this weight.

9h workday getting people of drugs, followed by sets of 10 on the squat.

Cleaned up my gym, filled in a couple holes in the floor, made some pulling blocks.
