Default Weeks been good

Hey guys, so the diet has been going good so far this week. Havn't eaten anything bad and haven't really been craving it haha. I'm down to 238 today...was 243 Sunday morning. So, something I'm doing is working. Hope training is going good for everyone else.

Good job, stay away from the pralines, poboys and beniets ( not sure how to spell these fried treats) and you will be fine. Keep up the great work.
