I am not very flexible at all. But I do see how yoga can work well for the body. I may have to try some of these moves.

Go with the second vid, it's designed around people with less flexibility and is pretty much doable by most, barring any bad joint issues etc; there are also poses altered to cater for that scenario as well, if required.

Okay, you got me intersted. I try to stretch every night but this seems like something that may help as well. I'm in. I'll post my time on the warrior pose tomorrow after I attempt it tonight.

We did! Both days. We worked on it as a family. I have to admit it took me a while to get it figured out. I still need a lot of work. it was a lot more difficult than I had imagined.
