Started a diet today for the first time in my life. LETS GET IT!!!!!

What's the structure and plan?

Meal 1:
2 cups egg white 2 packets of oatmeal Meal 2: 1 chicken breast 1 red potatoe Meal 3: 1 turkey burger 1 1/2 cup brown rice Meal 4: (Pre-workout) 1 chicken breast 2 red potatoes 1 apple After workout 1 scoop HydroBuilder 1 scoop Gold Standard 1 bannanna Meal 5: (post workout) 1 turkey burger 2 cups broccoli Meal 6: 1 salmon fillet 2 cups broccoli |
Are you using evoo for cooking the meats? Looks ok, but not much fat

Timeing isn't that important. Evoo...extra virgin olive oil, nuts, fish oil

Yep, almonds are most peoples go to nut, not my favorite though :(. Good luck
