What say you? Who is the fittest man of all time?

I would vote LaLanne as number 1.

Phelps isn't ripped, he just has no muscle mass...more like he was ripping a hit from the binger..

LaLanne all the way. He was amazing, as ridiculous as his juicer commercials were, he is a model for fitness from birth to death.

Phelps? Let's see him pull 70 boat across the harbor when he's 70.

Seems to me that they have juxtaposed many different metrics of "fitness" in this ranking.

I would never say that Phelps isn't fit. I know of few people who can swim the distances he can in the times he does.

So, it depends on what you value as "fitness."

It's almost predictable that they would place a modern athlete at the top.

Phelps. Bruce Lee at number two, followed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jack LaLanne, and Herschel Walker.

lol, absolutely ZERO rhyme and reason for these choices then!

There's just no such thing as the fittest man/woman or the best dressed man/woman...it's all relative.

Phelps has muscle, to say he has none is a little shortsighted. No offence my opinion. He is not huge or anything.
