Glad you hit that 600 in a meet. That's something now many do. Well done!

Don't understand how you could call any day where you squat 600 lbs disappointing. I would have gone dancing around the stage. A 3 PPS bench and a 550 deadlift are also soaked in winsauce. Very bright future for you indeed John. Congratz on very impressive lifts.

600 Squat / 315 bench / 550 DL ... these should count as very good numbers. I don't think you need to fill disappointed because of these numbers. You may have lift more provided you were not sick but believe me these are very good numbers. Stay healthy ...

Way to push threw it. Many would have given up on that lift.

Thanks everyone! My dad was sick all week and Friday morning I woke up for work and felt like shit. Saturday morning I woke up feeling even wose. I hit 550 for my 1st attempt on Squat, my 2nd attempt went for 600 but missed it half way up and spit up some water during the lift. My 3rd attempt I was determined to get 600 and I DID! This meet went very fast, not too many breaks between the 2 flights...which didn't help me at all being sick. I got my openers on Benhc: 315 and Deadlift: 550 easy...but went for 5 lb. PR's on 2nd attempts (335 bench and 605 deadlift), but I was just DONE after that 600 lb. squat with little rest between.

Here's the LINK OF MY 600 lb. Squat while pukeing during the lift:
