“It is not what is happening to you, not what is happening around you, but what is happening inside of you that counts.” Dr. Rob Gilbert Dont WRAP YOURSELF UP ![]() Know how to respond to the difficulties in Training and Diet ================================================== ====== Its my opinion, that ALL bodily feed back IS GOOD, whether its positive feed back or negative feedback. If its negative, than something is AMUCK, change something or you will more than likely get the same feedback. If its positive, than you know something is right, but be watchful and careful of the degrees. Same thing is APPLICABLE to the mind and mental attitude. If its negative, it can damage your goals, and something needs changing. If its positive, than you know something is right, and be keening aware of its degrees as well. Being consciously aware of BOTH and having the ability to overcome them in the mind, is an essential successful element! IF YOU WIN THE HIGHER PERCENTAGES of the battles in the head, you WILL overcome anything humanly possible. ------------------------------------------------------------ We spend so much time on setting up our workouts. Setting up our diets. setting up out goals What about fueling the brain? It is this that maintains the batteries to empower your goal want. Why so little time on it? ================================================== = “The obstacles you face are... mental barriers which can be broken by adopting a more positive approach.” (I firmly believe that one has to have the cognitive ability to recognize the internal mental power to overcome personal weaknesses. Let me give you an example: If willpower lacks on a given day, pull from your passion to overcome the weakness in willpower. If motivation is lacking on a given day, pull from your desire and a little from passion to overcome the weakness in motivation (Mental carry over effects) If Passion is lacking on a given day, then pull from a stronger mental power, like willpower, and let this cover for the weakness in passion. There are many other combinations. Do what it takes to stimulant your strength to overcome any weaknesses that develop. Ya' all got this? ![]() ROCK ON! Best wishes, Don
