Default Rice Bran Oil
Just some interesting reading and although one link (and several others, across the internet, showing charts of horses' stamina levels when fed more Rice Bran Oil with regard to dietary make-up/ratios etc) is in relation to horses, this is still food for thought...a muscle is a muscle no matter which species it's attached to...so, enjoy:

Btw, Rice Bran Oil has a very subtle almost non-existent flavour, not heavy in flavour such as Olive and Walnut oils etc.
