Who on MaB is a: Want it?
A lot people walk around with goals: General fitness, Power Lifting, Body Building, simple or large amounts of fat tissue loss, etc, etc.
Start out strong---until reality hits them square in dat 'ass. F--ck its hard to be consistent around kids, nuances and unpredictability of work, life in general SHUT UP! Think your some one friggen special! ;) We all have this stink going on from one person to the next...whoopdedoo. Get over it..... and..... Want it: You are going to have to want it. Each time a bump in the road appears...... You are going to have to flat want it..... Each time you don't feel like working out..... You are going to have to flat want it....... Each time you want to eat and shouldn't...but do anyway... You are going to have to flat want it. If you willpower dies, and you cant find it.... You are going to have to flat want it.....
