Walden Farms Peanut Spread has an incredibly realistic, delicious taste and is perfect for low carb breads or even over cheesecake or other desserts! Stock up today! Nutrition Facts ■Serving size 2 Tbsp. (28g) ■ Servings per container 12 ■Calories 0 ■ Calories From Fat 0 ■Total Fat 0g ■ Saturated Fat 0g ■ Trans Fat 0g ■Cholesterol 0mg ■Sodium 105mg ■Total Carbohydrates 0g ■ Fiber 0g ■ Sugars 0g ■Protein 0g Ingredients: Triple Filtered Purified Water, cellulose gum, salt, corn starch, xanthan gum, natural fresh roasted peanut flavoring, natural peanut extract, caramel color, lactic acid, sucralose, sodium benzoate. Walden Farms Whipped Peanut Spread 12 oz. jar Quite a few have mentioned Walden Farm calorie-free spreads, and I've always wondered how a food can be entirely calorie-free; looking at the nutrition label the only thing measurable is sodium and that can't be a good thing. Have people really got to the point where instead of having a little bit less peanut butter or a little bit less of some other food in order to allow themselves a spoonful of peanut butter, that they will spread useless "food" on a piece of bread or other substance (maybe an equally zero-calorie food) just so that they can have their cake and eat it? Isn't it better and much wiser to have the peanut butter and show constraint than to eat whatever the hell that stuff above really is?

If it doesn't have any nutrients in it, why eat it?

I've tried the calorie-free, carb-free, peanut butter. I think it tastes awful.

Frankenfoods scare me.
I tried a salad dressing once and it was nasty.

I was told there was meat in my food, but i didn't believe them, so I added more meat.
But seriously, I used to use all sort of low carb items in my first round of weight loss. I still use a few, but I'm much more picky now. I'd rather have things a little less sweet than packed with artificial sweeteners these days.
