Won 2nd place in the 242 lb. weight class! Squat: 570 (PR, easy), Bench: 330, Deadlift: 600 (PR, easy), Total: 1,500 (PR) at 239.5 lbs......guy beat me by 50 lbs. This was by far my best meet ever! Went 8 for 9 with 5 PR's, but left weight out there on squat and deadlift!

Well done Joshua. That 600 was strong. 570 squat was a smoke show. Was that your third attempt? With how that looked you might have hit 600.

Yep both the 570 Squat and 600 Deadlift were my 3rd attempts...before I hit 550 Squat for a PR and a 575 Deadlift for a PR! Thinking about doing another meet in Mississippi in 4 weeks!

With your speed looked like you may be able to hit a 590-600 squat.

Def.! plan on shooting for 600 Squat, 650 Deadlift, and 340 bench in 4 weeks if I decide to do it
