September - Screen Free Month
I am embarking on a personal challenge to go tv, computer screen free in my home for the month of September. Literally unplug the devices for the month. If i want news I will get a paper. If I want entertainment I read a book. No games or screen based entertainment at home. Computer is still fine for work and news, posting etc. But no passive waste of time on FB or youtube or other media sites. Join me in screen free September.
I'm betting I will: 1. Lose Fat 2. Sleep Better 3. Read faster 4. Feel Smarter 5. Feel Superior |
I might do this as a week with the family.
