What will they nickname the Olympics when Rwanda hosts them?

The Hunger Games.

Can't understand why they would drop live pigeon shooting from the Olympic games

In 2016, golf and Rugby Union will be back at the games...alas, no cricket though.

Rugby 7s, it's going to be awesome!

Congrats to Tom Daley for making it to the 10m diving final.

Yep, I was hoping he'd make the final.

Funny point which the Brits will understand: It's a good thing the local council wasn't responsible for the colour scheme of the Olympics otherwise it would all be magnolia.

I was intrigued about Daley's dive training, came across this, it's interesting in the sense of food choices:

Train like an Olympian Tom Daley. The youngest ever British World Champion in any sport reveals his nutritional and training regime :: Men's Health

It also explains why some of the divers have pretty hefty quads, especially when you see them in the initial dive position after just leaving the diving platform; squats feature in their training, which makes sense.

I hope the link is okay to post, since it's only for info about the training schedule etc.

Yay, for Uganda winning the men's marathon yet another one of those situations where the sport isn't really practised in their country and the runner had to move to Kenya, I think it was, in order to train and get experience; good for him.

UK, Gold in men's 91kg+ boxing
