Yes to get on, and also random. I'm not putting one cent of my money for them to cover drugs, or alcohol, lottery, or any other luxury item.

Ol' saying, beggars can't be choosers. If we stopped giving, they'd start begging, and claiming it was their civil right to be supported by others so they can have 6-10 kids, no job, no intention of getting a job, or doing anything to be self-supportive.

Personally, I think we should stop all welfare for a full 12-24 months. Let "natural selection" clean up the country a little bit. Might sound brutal, but we are grossly overpopulated without a supporting infrastructure, and it would help the masses in the longrun.
