So, I was just wondering how many people that lift weights actually do cardio?

Anything approaching jogging and that sort: Never.

I train heavy at least 4x a week; more often I'll be in there 5-6x. Any session I'm not going heavy I'm doing some kind of barbell complex or high-rep bodyweight stuff. I'll sprint for fun once in a blue moon.

I gain bodyweight more slowly than some, but I'm always lean.
