Default The Rule Book of Being Big and Strong

So, we were hanging in the shoutbox, talking about lifting and getting stronger and bigger and I thought it would be neat if we listed "rules" for being big and strong. Think of them as examples or guideposts to let someone know if they've gotten big and/or strong.

Ex:

Bulk until you can't see your collarbone. If you can see your collarbone, chances are you aren't big and strong. Big and strong men don't have bones protruding from their bodies.

The big and strong know that training is uncomfortable. Chalk up, load the bar, and get out of your comfort zone to grow.

Going to the gym, even if you have to walk 3 miles in the pouring rain to get there, at 9pm at night, after a hard days work.. then putting 200% into every rep.

There is not an option as to whether you workout or not. Every workout Is mandatory.

If you're still loading weights on to the barbell or lifting more than you ever have, you're getting stronger; it doesn't matter if progress is slow, in relation to what you may have been expecting, it's still progress.
