It's just another overpriced premium beef farm. They use a different breed of cow, with no added hormones or grain feeding. They claim 96% lean, which is ok if you don't like flavor. I usually never go higher than 93%, and only for ground or patties. Steaks are better with more fat, a.k.a. marbling, a.k.a. flavor.
I've seen grass fed beef packages for $10 a pound in my area. Ridiculous.

I think I would go buffalo over that, but for the most part, I like my meat high fat.

Actually guys their independent lab reports show their beef to be 99% lean...better than bison and equal to turkey breast! Plus, the taste is awesome.
Yes, it is pricey, but if you CAN afford it and want to be able to eat beef even on a cutting diet, then this stuff is the best out there. If you want to try it there is a code I have been given for 10% off for my clients, but you guys are free to use it (COACH).
