-Idiots -People/Idiots that say "Dude! what do you take to get so big!?!" & "Are you on steroids!?!" -Not reracking your weights, especially dumbbells. -Seeing people use TERRIBLE form and then getting pissed because I called them out on it and showed them how to do it right. |

How about this...the dude who takes 10 minutes in between curl sets in the squat rack, all the while you just arrived and want to squat.
He's busy drinking water and chatting with one of the female trainers, or whatever.

I used to train in a gym that was all female trainers and aerobics classes and some f**ktard was always doing situps in the squat rack, or using every bench in the gym for bench dips...

I enjoy when someone says, I have a few questions, but I'll keep it brief...and then proceeds to ramble on until you can no longer remember all the questions, they are so vast in number.

1.) anyone being in MY squat rack that is not ME
2.) talkers that take 10 minute rest periods after a 10 rep set of barbell curls 3.) missing a lift... then a guy that weighs 145 pounds says that he could have done that 6 months ago 4.) three dudes from brookshires that workout together while one of there bishes tags along and doesnt lift or anything 5.) half ROMers 6.) people that clank the dbs together after every rep on a pressing exercise...DONT YOU KNOW THAT TAKES THE TENSION OFF THE MUSCLE!!!??? 7.) people that work arms 5 times a week for 6 months 8.) people that have bigger arms than me lol9.) |

I trained in a YMCA in Minnesota while checking out the Mr. Minnesota last year and while I was knocking out heavy singles on deadlifts, some guy was 10 feet away from me with a laptop messing around on Facebook or whatever.
