I'm guessing you mean a lifting seminar, not an actual seminar where you analyze dreams...

If that's the case, I'd like to have Dr. Ken, Brooks Kubik, Bob Whelan, and Jim Wendler. The theme for the seminar would be, "Quit being a sissy and grow a pair; How to get it done for real."

I've been to two bench seminars. One with Metal Militia Sebastian Burns and one with Rob Luyando and Paul Key. Learned a bunch at both. Louie Simmons has seminars occasionally for the full power guys, as does Mark Bell. I would highly recommend any of them for new or inexperienced lifters.
