I look at making sacrifices within my life to make room for my goals as gift attributes that walk me to my goal. If I want to "binge" eat, all I have to do is "change-up" macros, and prepare the body to be more tolerant of additional carbohydrates and calories. Underneath my "niceness" I am a complete hard ass with my self. As most know, the body friggen cries and preaches every day in its own way--it is I that stands at the podium and the boss.

I don't have a reward system; I just do it because I want to.

My reward for lifting is taking time off lifting. I find this rewarding because lifting is difficult and it hurts.

I'm with Chillen on this one. Your reward is hitting the goal and getting to set another to fight for. Any PR is great, but hitting a set goal almost brings tears to my eyes. Like century lifts, ie 500,600,700...

I reward myself with new goals. The achievement of a goal is extremely fulfilling. But I do usually celebrate with pizza, nacho cheese and ice cream.
