Funny videos, bloopers, blunders, bad form, etc are ok to post. But all out bashing threads will be deleted.

Today I allowed a bashing thread to take place without realizing who it was. I am extremely disappointed with myself, because that individual is someone I respect.

Btw that lifter is now one of the best in the country.

I apologize to everyone on the forum. I got caught up in the moment, and instead of listening to my heart and head and taking action, I stood like a deer in the headlights.

It won't happen again. Those forum is about achieving. This forum is about respect. This forum is about destroying iron. Please make sure that I adhere to this standard at all times. This is OUR forum, and it should be safe for all serious lifters.
