Solid. Just make sure you're ramming your hips forward while moving your head back when approaching lockout.

Good work. Some might say deadlift with feet close but I prefer a bit wider stance like that as well.

Thanks for the critique Steve. Appreciate it a lot. I'll focus on the hips at lockout for a few weeks and then get another shot. Squats and bench should be up later on this week, looking forward to identifying ways I can improve there as well.

Squats, front squat, and RDL, or maybe its an SLDL. Guess I'll find out soon.
205 - side shot 225 Back Shot - in addition to depth and foot placement, how does the bar placement look? Front Squat - If only my back squat looked like this... Any tips on how to keep the back more upright? RDL - 295 Sorry to bombard you all with all of these, but I don't have many knowledgeable people locally to work with. |

Squats look pretty good. Your knees might be tracking inside your foot angle. Hard to tell. If they are, it is probably contributing to a bit of the lean forward you're experiencing.

Have you ever tried a slightly more narrow stance? It might help with the tendency to good morning the lift. You are straining to hit depth at the bottom and start to lean forward in an attempt to get there.

Try to be a little slower on the descent. The bar should track along (near) the legs the entire way.
Is your lower back tight the entire way down? Hard to tell. If it is, you're incredibly flexible. Keep the bar track close to the legs, and stick that butt back if needed to keep it there. Descend a hair more slowly so you can ride the RDL just until you start to lose the tightness in your back. Stop the lift there.
