You sat down too deep on a few reps, which results in your hips coming up naturally to find that good leverage point. BUT you are still performing the reps starting with a good angle. That's a very minor thing. Notice on the first rep your hips look excellent. Reps 2 and 3 they go pretty low before you lift and come up as you lift. It's not an issue right now, but could be. Starting the deadlift with the hips already moving up might start to get tricky as the weight gets heavier. Like I said, all this is very minor. Overall your form looks very good.

I agree with Steve and would say that overall your form is very good. All I would add is that I think you should be wary about doing those super slow negatives. I think you have a LOT more in the tank on those pulls but when the bar is really loaded, you don't want to slow it down on the negative part of the rep'. Sit back and get the bar to the floor ASAP.
