These felt like a train wreck form wise, so i've posted the vid here in the 'Form Critique Thread'... I have always done then bb'er style with about 70kg, but I tried to do them more PL'er style as I want to use them to help my other lifts, rather than grow Platz esq hamstrings, but I kind got it all wrong, and I think it was a bit heavy... 80kgs felt OK but 100 was a mess

It's just basically too heavy, the knee's come forward to relieve stress off your back; that's solely because it's too much weight right now.
I think if we can see a video next time of you with around 60kg then we could actually get a handle on what your proper form is, I could probably provide you with more feedback. But this was just too much weight and it effected your form far more than I could really comment on. |

Dips. Main thing I can see that I need to fix is not letting myself swing as much during the set. I'm getting a little better, but still have plenty of work to do. As always, suggestions, insights, and critiques are welcome.

Brute..I would try to keep your abs tight to keep your body more rigid throughout the movement.

On dips, I always try to tuck my legs up towards my chest and keep them there. That turns your chest towards the ground slightly and brings your chest into the movement a lot more. It also lets you go all the way down without getting your arms so far behind you that you get in a bad shoulder position, as well as keeping you from throwing your legs down, inadvertantly using momentum to finish the movement.
