I thoroughly enjoy BB shrugs. Throw on the straps, and you can do upwards of +50-100lbs of your DL max for reps with these. It'll work more than just your traps, but also your lower back (somewhat) your quads (slightly), and your pecs and lats (secondary). How do I know this? That's all the OTHER places I'm sore after a HEAVY set of BB shrugs - they show you were all the stabilizer muscles used in this are.
