I won't be posting diet logs any more, at least for a while. I think we get the point: I'm eating plenty of protein and plenty of total calories. I get protein from many different sources, including meat, eggs, milk, nuts, whey powder, and grains. I don't neglect fats or dietary fiber, and I drink ridiculous amounts of water each day. I have no plans of changing my diet, so whatever percentages and patterns we've seen will be the same ones that repeat over and over until I stop trying to get big.

![]() I drank pretty heavily Friday night and my appetite was weird yesterday, so I wanted to log to make sure I got an acceptable amount of protein. Immediately before bed Friday -- or actually, immediately before passing out! -- I'd had a big meal with steak & eggs, and I did a water fast until 2:00 pm yesterday. I really don't feel like drinking again for a while. |

Just felt like doing one today. Been quite a while since I've logged in all my foods. Not surprised by how the balance & total calories turned out. I'd say today is pretty typical of how my diet's been recently. Today might've been some more calories than usual. I like the 33/33/33 balance. I feel better throughout the day and get all the macros I need.
