Generally:
Carbs: Less than 30 Protein: 200-250 grams per day Fats: Everything else. Shakes out to about: 33% protein, 3-4% carbs, 63-64% fats.

Day 33 All is well. Weight is holding steady the last 8 days. No additional weight loss. Sleeping less but far more productive. Staying up later writing and feel good during the day. 8:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces. 11:00 am - Whey protein in coffee, 24 ounces. 1:00 pm - Whey protein in coffee, 16 ounces. 5:00 pm - 4 eggs with cream cheese sauce - cream cheese, butter, cheddar cheese and heavy cream. Added spicy green salsa on top. This was amazing! Snack - Almonds with a couple Hydramino drinks. I ate half of this:

You're body is using fat as a fuel now. I saw a video talking about endurance athletes eating high fat diets up until a big event then switching to high carb and kinda "doubling down" on their energy supply for the race or whatever. Cool to see it in action. Your meals sound amazing btw.
