I was thinking about turning this week into a challenge. Maybe for an award medal on the site.
Take a week off from your normal routine and do these three workouts on the given days. If you complete them, you get the "Reg Park Award."

Your a sprinter, and you run anywhere from 100's to 440's. You would not just enter a marathon, and go run it. You would have to train to run the marathon. Both races are running events, but you simply cannot just switch between both. The same is true for wholebody versus bodypart splits. This is the single concept that people fail to grasp.
